Why should you teach your friends,colleagues and peers?
With a moto of no one should be left out at the end of the day, emphasis has to be laid on the neeed of inclusion.


It is a common practice to coach the juniors and new entrants in any environment. This is considered as knowledge transfer or mentoring. But what is glaringly missing in present day circumstances, is the teaching your own friends, contemporaries and colleagues. This is based on the logic that we are all not at same knowledge potential. Here comes the question whether they want to be taught. Hence, it is a need-based approach in true sense. Teaching them not only reaffirms your knowledge but also helps them in some way. This practice stimulates you to study deeper into the subject. You seldom question yourself, but others can pose good questions. I have practised this in my 36 year long career with good results. Believe me, it works!
